Before you arrive

Your arrival time for your event is 30 minutes prior to the start time shown (except at Dundee which is 15 minutes prior to the start time). This is to ensure that we have enough time to get everyone signed in and fully kitted up with the laser gear required.

All participants must be aged 6 years plus. All participants aged under 16 years old, must have an adult over the age of 18 to sign them in. Any participants under 16 years old without an adult present, will be unable to partake.

We recommend that all players wear soft shoes. Trainers are ideal shoes for laser tag. Shoes must cover the whole foot, no open toes / sandals / crocs. No heels or wedges.

Fully sanitised laser equipment is provided, in a standard size. Please note that players are not permitted to use their own laser tag equipment.

Spectators are welcome at no extra charge. We also welcome support gimmicks such as klaxon horns, banners, flags etc – all adding to the fun atmosphere!

Payment

Payments are non-refundable and the booking cannot be changed or transferred to a new date or time. That said, we are a lovely bunch, so if you give us as much notice as you can we will try to move you to another date, this may incur a charge.

Anyone who has booked online or booked within 7 days of the start line will need to bring the payment card used for verification. If you’ve booked with our vouchers you will also need to bring these with you on the day for payment as they are as good as cash so keep a tight hold of them!

Please be aware we do not accept cash at any of our venues and only accept card payments.

Cancellation Policy

As the places within your session, are reserved for you in the arena, please be aware that all sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Behaviour

All Laser Combat venues have the right to terminate, without notice your activity if your behaviour or that of any member in the booking is deemed as unsafe, violent, likely to cause damage, distress or annoyance to other clients, employees, property or anyone else. In this instance we will not be liable for any refunds, compensation or expenses. Being under the influence of drink or drugs is strictly forbidden for the laser tag events and staff have the right to remove you from the event if they have any suspicion that you are under such influence. In this situation we will not be liable for any refunds, compensation or expenses.

Health and Safety

If you have been poorly recently, we’re very sorry but Laser Combat is not recommended for players with any history of heart problems, epilepsy or other conditions which may be affected by exertion.

Laser Combat may cancel the event without your consent if any payments are not received by the respective due dates and we reserve the right to amend any of the events without your prior consent.
