  • What time should I arrive?

    Your arrival time for your event is 30 minutes prior to the start time shown (except at Dundee which is 15 minutes prior to the start time) to ensure that we have enough time to get everyone signed and fully kitted up with your laser gear.

  • Whats the minimum age?

    All participants must be aged 6 years plus. All participants aged under 16 years old, must have an adult over the age of 18 to sign them in. Any participants under 16 years old without an adult present, will be unable to partake.

  • Where can I get my party invitations from?

    Please click here to view, download and print your party invitations, please ensure you print off the correct invites for the location you have booked. 

  • What should I wear?

    We recommend you wear soft shoes. Trainers are ideal, open toe footwear and high heels are NOT ALLOWED!!

  • Can I bring my own kit?

    Laser combat equipment is all naturally provided, in a standard size. Please note you are not permitted to use your own laser tag equipment.

  • Can spectators come along?

    Spectators are welcome at no extra charge. Please be aware there is no view into the arenas, spectators need to sit and relax whilst the games are battled out.

  • What happens if I’m late?

    If you are running late for your session or need to get in contact with the centre directly please see below for their direct telephone numbers.

  • How do I book?

    You can call the team or book online here.

  • How do I pay?

    Payments can be made using a valid credit or debit card.

  • Can I cancel my booking?

    Payments are non-refundable and the booking cannot be changed or transferred to a new date or time. Payments can be made using a valid credit or debit card, or BACS.

  • I have a large booking, how do I book?

    Head on over to our group bookings page to find out more, you can easily book large groups but you will need to book back to back game times for up to 30 players on each. If you get stuck, just contact the team and they will find a slot big enough for your group.

  • I have a medical condition or disability, can I still play?

    Laser tag is not recommended for people with heart problems, epilepsy or other conditions which may be affected by exertion or flashing lights (including pregnancy).

    Under no circumstances are alcohol, drugs or other intoxicating substances allowed on the premises. You will not be allowed to take part in an event if you have, or appear to have, consumed such substances.

  • What happens on the day?

    On the day of your game, there will always be a member of staff in the arena when the game is playing. Should adults wish to play or simply help during children’s parties they can also be in the arena. The arenas are dark, but illuminated using UV lights, should younger children get scared at any stage they can of course come out.

    Under no circumstances are alcohol, drugs or other intoxicating substances allowed on the premises. You will not be allowed to take part in an event if you have, or appear to have, consumed such substances.

  • Is it just our group in the arena?

    Unless you booked the venue exclusively, then there may be other people playing at the same time as you. In between each session played you will have a break which includes preparation time for the next session.

    Under no circumstances are alcohol, drugs or other intoxicating substances allowed on the premises. You will not be allowed to take part in an event if you have, or appear to have, consumed such substances.

  • Is there food available on site?

    Drinks and snacks are available at our Fuel bar and you will be able to purchase alcohol at the licensed bar after you have finished playing should you wish to do so.

    Under no circumstances are alcohol, drugs or other intoxicating substances allowed on the premises. You will not be allowed to take part in an event if you have, or appear to have, consumed such substances.

  • Do you serve alcohol?

    Our Fuel Bars have a full range of both soft and alcoholic drinks. Alcoholic drinks can only be consumed after playing  and if you are lucky to look under 25 you may be asked to provide proof of age. You are not allowed to bring your own alcohol onto the premises.

  • Do you have parking?

    Yes, the site has free onsite parking, but might be best to call ahead to make sure.

    Yes, spaces are limited. You need to book in advance to guarantee your space.
