Payment

Payments are non-refundable and the booking cannot be changed or transferred to a new date or time. Payments can be made using a valid credit or debit card, cheque or BACS.

You can pay by debit card for free. A small 2.5% surcharge applies to credit card payments (min £2).

Health and safety

Laser tag is not recommended for persons with heart problems, epilepsy or other conditions which may be affected by exertion or flashing lights (including pregnancy).

Under no circumstances are alcohol, drugs or other intoxicating substances allowed on the premises. You will not be allowed to take part in an event if you have, or appear to have, consumed such substances.

On the day

On the day of your game, there will always be a member of staff in the arena when the game is playing. Should adults wish to play or simply help during children’s parties they can also be in the arena. The arenas are dark, but illuminated using UV lights, should younger children get scared at any stage they can of course come out.

Unless you booked the venue exclusively or have a group of 20, then there may be other people playing at the same time as you. In between each session played you will have a 15 minute break which includes preparation time for the next session.

Drinks and snacks are available at our Fuel bar and you will be able to purchase alcohol at the licensed bar after you have finished playing should you wish to do so.

Behaviour

We hope you have a super time with us and are sure you will!

However, please note the laser tag arenas and teamsport tracks all have the right to terminate, without notice your activity if your behaviour or that of any member in the booking is deemed as violent, likely to cause damage, distress or annoyance to other clients, employees, property or anyone else. In this instance we will not be liable for any refunds, compensation or expenses.

Being under the influence of drink or drugs is strictly forbidden for laser tag events and staff have the right to remove you from the event if they have any suspicion that you are under such influence. In this situation we will not be liable for any refunds, compensation or expenses.
