These party packages are valid for bookings taking place on or after August 1st, 2025.

Any parties held before this date are not eligible for the inclusions described, including the free Laser Combat voucher.

These packages will not be available at our Clydebank venue until September 1st, 2025.

All parties booked at Clydebank before September 1st will follow our previous party offering and terms, and will not include the free Laser Combat voucher.

Any parties booked prior to this change will be honoured with the original package they have booked, with all inclusions mentioned at the time of the booking.

Before You Arrive

• Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your party’s scheduled start time (except at Dundee, where arrival should be 15 minutes prior). This allows time for sign-in and kitting up.
• All participants must be aged 6 years or older.
• Any participant under 16 must be signed in by a supervising adult aged 18 or over. Without this, they cannot participate.
• We recommend soft shoes or trainers. No open-toed shoes, sandals, Crocs, heels, or wedges are permitted for safety reasons.
• All laser equipment is provided, fully sanitised, and standard-sized. Players are not permitted to bring or use their own laser tag equipment.
• Spectators are welcome at no charge. 

Party Package Inclusions

Each party type includes specific features as listed on the website or promotional material. These include combinations of:

• Laser missions
• Dog tags
• Soft drinks, meals, or dessert (depending on package)
• Shared or exclusive use of the arena
• Party tables (where applicable)
• A FREE Laser Combat voucher for the birthday child (on select packages)

Private party rooms are not included in any package unless explicitly stated.

Player Minimums and Venue Capacity

• Non-exclusive party packages require a minimum of 6 players.
• Exclusive packages (excluding Exclusive Hire) require a minimum of 18 players.
• Exclusive Hire capacity varies by venue. Each venue has a different maximum capacity based on space and availability- please check with your chosen venue for specific details.

Free Gift Vouchers – Terms Of Issue

• Included in the Trooper, Shooter, Exclusive Trooper, and Exclusive Shooter party packages.
• The voucher is a discount code which reduces the price of one player from a standard Laser Combat session.
• The voucher will be emailed to the party organiser within 24 hours after the party.

Vouchers are:

• Valid only for parties held from August 1st, 2025 onward
• Single-use only
• Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
• Issued with an expiry date (included in the email)

Payment 

• All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• If you notify us as early as possible, we’ll do our best to reschedule your booking, but a change fee may apply.
• Bookings made online or within 7 days of the event must bring the payment card used for verification.
• We are a cashless venue and accept card payments only.

Behaviour Policy

We reserve the right to remove or refuse participation without refund if:

• Any guest behaves in a way that is unsafe, violent, disruptive, or causes distress to others.
• A participant is suspected to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Health and Safety

• Players must follow all staff instructions at all times.
• Players with health concerns such as heart conditions, epilepsy, or any illness that could be triggered by exertion are advised not to take part.
• Our laser games involve physical movement, flashing lights, and sound effects – please consider player suitability carefully.

Arrival and Game Time

• All players must be present and ready to begin 30 minutes (or 15 minutes in Dundee) before their party’s start time.
• Late arrivals may miss part or all of their session, and no refunds will be given.

Laser Combat reserves the right to modify any aspect of the party experience or terms without prior notice.
