These Terms and Conditions apply to all Summer Holiday promotional products offered by Laser Combat, including the Summer Battle Pass and the Tag Time Saver Deal. The promotional period runs from 1st July to 30th September 2025, and all purchases and redemptions must fall within this timeframe. By purchasing or redeeming any of these offers, customers agree to be bound by the following terms.

Summer Battle Pass

The Summer Battle Pass is valid for use from 1st July 2025 through to 30th September 2025. This pass entitles the holder to three separate visits during the promotional period. Each visit includes 45 minutes of laser tag gameplay, delivered as three sessions of 15 minutes each. Visits can be booked on any day of the week, subject to availability, and all three visits must be booked and used before the closing date of 30th September. The pass is redeemable only against our standard 3 x 15-minute laser tag sessions. This product is suitable for players aged 6 years and over.

Once purchased, you will receive an email containing three unique discount codes per pass. Each code corresponds to one free visit. To redeem a visit, simply apply one discount code at the time of booking. 

For example, if you purchase one pass, you will receive three codes; if you purchase two passes, you will receive six codes, and so forth. This allows you to redeem multiple visits across different bookings as needed.

Tag Time Saver Deal

The Tag Time Saver Deal is also valid from 1st July to 30th September and is for a single visit. This package includes 45 minutes of laser tag gameplay, one regular soft drink, and a Survivor merchandise dog tag. Customers may choose from a selection of drinks including Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Dr Pepper, Smart Water, or a refreshing Slushie. As with all laser tag sessions, participants must be aged 6 or over. The deal must be used within the same promotional period  1st July – 30th September and is subject to availability.

Redemption and Use

All vouchers are non-refundable, hold no monetary value, and may not be exchanged for cash or alternative products. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or discount codes. They are intended solely for use on standard Laser Combat products and cannot be redeemed for additional gift vouchers. Redemption is only possible at participating Laser Combat venues and only for the activities specified within the purchased product.

Delivery and Processing

Laser Combat issues all vouchers directly and delivers them electronically via email immediately after payment has been successfully processed. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that a correct email address is provided at the time of purchase.

Refunds and Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 28 days of the original purchase date, provided the voucher code has not yet been redeemed. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, and no interest will be paid on refunded amounts. Delivery charges are non-refundable. All physical items must be returned via a signed-for postal service. Laser Combat accepts no liability for lost or damaged items during the return process.
