Laser Combat, Combat City and Lazer Planet are reviewing the COVID-19 situation regularly and taking measures within our sites based on advice issued by Public Health England (PHE) & Health Protection Scotland (HPS). We are also working hard to ensure we are operating within and beyond recommended guidance.

The safety of our customers is our utmost priority and we want to assure you that we have taken steps to help minimise the spread of COVID-19. This, combined with the significant actions we have taken to ensure we provide a clean, safe and hygienic environment, means we believe it is safe for customers to play with us.

The following are just some examples of what we are doing:

Cleaning Schedule: We have increased the frequency of cleaning throughout the day, using antibacterial cleaning products that are effective against Covid 19. Specific areas of focus are; hard surfaces, hand rails, door handles, toilets and Laser equipment.

Equipment will be sanitised: All equipment hat is handled by customers or staff is sanitised after every game.

Hand sanitiser: We have multiple anti-bacterial hand sanitiser stations at every venue for customers, dispensing alcohol based hand gel, confirmed as effective against Covid 19, there are also hand washing facilities available within the venue.

Social distancing: Must be observed at all times whilst in the venue. We’ll also be reducing the amount of groups and game times we can run each day to give everyone additional time between each session.

Venues are now cashless: All games must be pre-booked in advance and for any additional purchases at the venue we’ll be accepting card payments only.

Face coverings: Are compulsory when in the venue and playing in the arena, these can be purchased on site or you can bring your own.

As a Laser customer, you can also help us reduce the spread of the COVID-19 by following the guidance from PHE.

Wash your hands with soap and water often – do this for at least 20 seconds

Always wash your hands when you get home or into work

Use hand sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available

Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze

Put used tissues in the bin straight away and wash your hands afterwards

Try to avoid close contact with people who are unwell
