Covid-19 – English Sites Temporarily Close
Last updated: 01/01/2021
Our sites located in England have been forced to temporarily close as part of the 3rd National Lockdown, we will be hoping to re-open as soon as the restrictions are reviewed.
All those that have bookings within the closure period are being contacted to re-arrange their reservations and both vouchers and memberships are being extended by 30 days, to reflect the closure period.
Our sales team will also be unavailable due to the government guidelines and safety measures in place. If you need to get in touch with the team you can fill in a contact us form and we will be in touch when the team are back available.
The venue will be changing things slightly to ensure we comply with the latest government guidelines, don’t worry the venue hasn’t changed and there still isn’t anything that beats the adrenaline firing action with us! You can check out our full covid secure measures below.
We’d like to take this opportunity to say thank you to all our customers for their continued support. We hope you stay safe and well over these coming weeks and we look forward to welcoming you, your friends and your families back to our sites in 2021.
At Laser Combat we have always had our customers safety at the forefront of what we do. Our aim is always to provide an amazing experience that is safe for everyone. We have implemented COVID-19 safety measures, which will be in place when we re-open, to keep you and our crew safe.

Laser Combat, Combat City and Lazer Planet are reviewing the COVID-19 situation regularly and taking measures within our sites based on advice issued by Public Health England (PHE) & Health Protection Scotland (HPS). We are also working hard to ensure we are operating within and beyond recommended guidance.
The safety of our customers is our utmost priority and we want to assure you that we have taken steps to help minimise the spread of COVID-19. This, combined with the significant actions we have taken to ensure we provide a clean, safe and hygienic environment, means we believe it is safe for customers to play with us.
The following are just some examples of what we are doing:
Cleaning Schedule: We have increased the frequency of cleaning throughout the day, using antibacterial cleaning products that are effective against Covid 19. Specific areas of focus are; hard surfaces, hand rails, door handles, toilets and Laser equipment.
Equipment will be sanitised: All equipment hat is handled by customers or staff is sanitised after every game.
Hand sanitiser: We have multiple anti-bacterial hand sanitiser stations at every venue for customers, dispensing alcohol based hand gel, confirmed as effective against Covid 19, there are also hand washing facilities available within the venue.
Social distancing: Must be observed at all times whilst in the venue. We’ll also be reducing the amount of groups and game times we can run each day to give everyone additional time between each session.
Venues are now cashless: All games must be pre-booked in advance and for any additional purchases at the venue we’ll be accepting card payments only.
Face coverings: Are compulsory when in the venue and playing in the arena, these can be purchased on site or you can bring your own.
As a Laser customer, you can also help us reduce the spread of the COVID-19 by following the guidance from PHE.

Always wash your hands when you get home or into work
Use hand sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available
